Strategic partnership for complex public-impact work

SageSpark Consulting partners with governments and mission-driven organizations on complex, cross-sector initiatives—from early concept through implementation and scale

What I do

Engagements are tailored and often evolve over time. I’m open to exploring custom projects and emerging needs that don’t fit neatly into predefined categories.

  • Senior-level support for leaders navigating ambiguity, tradeoffs, and systems change.

  • Bridging government, nonprofit, philanthropic, and community systems to align roles and move work forward.

  • Conceptualizing new efforts, pressure-testing ideas, and supporting sustainable growth.

  • Designing and facilitating conversations that build shared understanding and move work forward.

  • Designing and leading community engagement and qualitative research efforts, synthesizing findings, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

How I work

My work sits between strategy and implementation. I’m often brought in when challenges are complex, roles are overlapping, or the path forward isn’t yet clear, and when the shape of the work itself is still emerging.

I partner closely with leaders and teams as a thought partner, facilitator, and translator across systems by helping clarify goals, surface tradeoffs, and move work forward in ways that are both practical and values-aligned, adapting my role as needs and context evolve

Who I work with

I work across systems, partnering with organizations navigating complex, cross-sector initiatives. My experience intersects with economic and food justice, workforce development, housing stability, and basic needs—allowing me to have a wide breadth of system understanding while remaining responsive to the specific context and goals of each engagement.
